We are in England so that is not a thing that comes up but I have heard air conditioning is expensive to run and can be quite cold at times,so maybe an air cooler might be better what ever you choose it will cost so be sure to make the right decision.

Yes dear, even i too heard of the same thing that current bill comes very high if we use air conditioner, an aircooler is cheap and i think i can manage this summer with an aircooler.

I live in south Florida...it gets HOT down here in the summer. We have central air conditioning in our house and running the A/C might raise our bill by $20 to $30 a month but no more than that. The key is running it correctly. During the day when we're not here, we keep it set at 80 degrees, so it doesn't run as often, and then we reset it to around 78 when we come home. I don't know about air coolers...I've always had air conditioners which have never raised my electric bill to a noticable extent.

Hi, thanks for your response, do you think air conditioner increases current bills? I feel like buying either an airconditioner or an air cooler this summer. here its too hot, really unbearable.
