i am afraid~~~~~~

when i was teenage, i was a fatty girl, after do some sports i get thiner, now i am very satisfactory with the weight, but i am afraid, how to do if i stop to do body execise, i cannt back to fatty girl, i enjoy the current life, if you were me, do you have some advise to me to keep fit without sport?

I think everyones body has its own ballance. When I was younger I was really into sports and when I got married and quit doing so much I gained a good chunk of weight. Now I live a ballance. I work out daily and I eat right. If I need a treat I eat better and exercise more. Find the ballance for your body.

Just be more active. Do household chores, walk around and eat a little. You won't gain weight doing these.
