Do you buy in bulk more or less or about the same as a year ago?

I used to be embarrassed when my parents did this while I was growing up, but sometime when I was in college I learned the basic principle behind this and I have always done this since. And since the budgets are getting tighter all around the US or even in other countries do you do this penny saving idea?

I buy in bulk when ever I can. I think it has saved me a good amount of cash so far. We do what we can with coupons then I try to buy the rest in bulk. I buy things that have a good shelf life and then we use them before they go bad. We have a tight budget but we are trying to tighten in even further now just to keep up with all of this mess.

I dont buy in bulk as much either since there are two of us. I do like to buy up paper products though when on sale and to have here on hand, also things like laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies. I find if I keep those type of things here, I make less trips to the store which always ends up costing me more than what I was just going in there for!

We kind of buy in bulk. There is only three of us, but we tend to buy a lot of meat, and freezer products. We try to keep our house stocked well, in case we are short on money one month we aren't without things. I come from a big family so when I was younger we always bought in bulk. Most of the time it is cheaper for us to buy in bulk. I do a lot of coupon clipping. Coupons are a life safer sometimes. They help out a whole lot. I think the best thing is to find coupons on things that you buy most often.

I dont really buy in bulk because there are only two of us here and we would not be able to eat all the stuff that is in bulk. I think that there are some people who find it interesting to eat in bulk and some who do not. I dont even know too many stores around here that sell bulk items. I think Costco may be one of the only ones who does.
