What do you think whites saw in that pinay woman?

There was a real situation I am going to share.
In a certain bar (decent one)wherein "foreigners only" are allowed to enter no matter what would be his status. My friend worked there as an intertainer. Almost all entertainers were beautiful, fair-skinned, straight hair, slim figure and hospitable. There was also this entertainer who is dark-skinned,kinky hair,big-bold eyes,too skinny.In short she looked ugly. Most entertainers intimidate her because of her looks. But then why do whites always request her to be the one to serve them whenever they visit that bar.
I could not say she's more hospitable than the others because all were trained to entertain costumers well. Can you please share what you have in mind?

Maybe it's the fact that she's different that makes her more attractive. Maybe her confidence comes across well, and there's nothing more attractive than confidence. Or maybe she's a little more likely to smile...

it might be she's more of a people person, she enteract well with everyone. i think i was at a place like that, i would pick a ugly person if she does her job well, over someone whos more better looking.
when it comes down working with people, if you're not a people person then people who pick who is

I guess it's the personality or the sincerity of the person. People can feel that and they love to hang out with girls who are true to themselves!
