Waiting for free ISP in my city...

As we all know that free ISP provides free internet service to all its users. But this service is not available everywhere. In India, I heard that BSNL will provide free wireless internet access. But this is mere news by some ppl. So, do you too waiting for free ISP in your city?

That would be really nice to have! I pay $29 a month for internet access, I wish I could get it for free. Charging for internet access is big business here in the U.S. so I doubt it will come anytime soon.
