what is your purpose,if you build a blog?

It is just to express. It something to write and share to others. Even people don't care, you wouldn't know that they are also experiencing the same thing.

My first blog, which was hosted free by tabulas.com, is http://maplekisses.tabulas.com. I created the blog to express my hidden emotions. You see, I was pregnant and alone that time. Bitter about what has been happening in my life, I wanted to have someone to talk to but I can't find one. So I decided to create a blog to express myself and get comments and feedbacks from people who don't know me personally. Then came my baby. I wanted so much to show the world how beautiful he is, that I am a proud Mommy, that I love him so much. And so I created/purchased http://littlenicholas.com. In the process of blogging about personal matters, I've learned that it is a fun way of showcasing my affinity in writing as well as earning extra, so I told myself, why not go for it? So far, I've earned just about $100 on my two blogs (mostly by writing paid posts). It's not much but well, better than nothing.

I like to blog. My original purpose whas to mak money, but recently it has just been to share information. I think there are soem things that blogs are good for, but in my case it has not really been good for making money. I like blogs and some are very expressive.

My reason for blogging is to write out my feelings. The blog that I have allows me to write freely about my day, how I'm feeling, etc. It also allows me to get advice from friends when I need it. I have a lot of friends who comment my blog, which is a huge encouragement for writing.
