Hello friend, I try not to compromise on my sleep. Though I was in a habit of sleeping late night when I was in the University I realised that it is not good for your body and you feel tired even after waking up. Hence, i make it a point to sleep for at least 6 hours in the night and after two or three days I sleep for some time in the afternoon too.

Hi there specific. Wow, i can say that you are still lucky for waking up early after sleeping for only 4-5 hours. Its difficult for me to do so except for a special occasion or i have to do something important the next day. I usually have 8 hrs minimum and 13-14 hours maximum on weekends and vacation days. I know its too long but i just can't help myself. I always feel sleepy at daytime since i tend to sleep early in the morning. I'm just thankful that my classes are all in the late afternoon so i can sleep longer. I am trying now to only sleep for 6-8 hours and i'm successful for two days now. My problem is that i feel tired easily and i always think of the bed and sleep instead of more important things that i should do. I just hope i can make it, if not then i will have a terrible lifestyle for the rest of my life. :-(

I try to sleep about 6-8 hours per day.If ever I have to work late nights and wake up early I try to have a nap in the afternoon to make up for the lack of sleep. Lack of sleep sometimes affect our work so I try my very best to sleep early to wake up in the morning refreshed and ready for the days work.Itis really a must to have a good sleeping habbit to live longer and to fight out stress.

The amount of time that I sleep usually depends on what I have to do the next day and what time I went to bed.. I do sometimes enjoy a nap in the afternoon though. I am one of those people that needs my sleep.

I usually sleep abt 6-8hrs per day. But at times due to assignments and projects I won't have time to sleep. When i don't have classes I'll sleep longer and catch up on the sleeping hours I lost :P If i were to have only 3-4hrs of sleep, I'll assure you that I won't be able to wake up.

I NEED 8 hours of sleep...but sometimes it is less (never more) because I have young kids. But I feel sleepy around the same time every night...and if I don't get enough sleep at night...I need a power nap in the afternoon (just 10-15 minutes)

Hello specific! The number of hours of sleep I have depends on several factors. If I do not have anything to do late in the evening and also do not expect to wake up early the next day, I would most likely sleep for at least 8 hours. If I need to stay up late in the evening and expect to wake up early the next day, I would probably sleep for about 4 to 5 hours only. If I have had a difficult time sleeping, I will most likely end up sleeping for about 3 hours only.

I love sleeping, however I've missed sleeping more than 8hrs...so I usually sleep for at least 6-8 hrs. but It's normal but I think I don't have enough sleep.LoL!(^_^) I have trivia for you specific, I've just read in the magazine that if you sleep less than 6 hours more often, your body will be havin negative effects...like in your brain..you will have depression, in your heart...may cause high blood pressure or chances are high risk of heart problems and also stomach problems...I did not mean to scare you but it's just a wake up call to sleep at least 6-8 hrs. everyday, to add more years to your life. Enjoy life! have a nice sleep...(^_^)

well, I think it's not a good idea to sleep for only 4 or 5 hours a day, even though so many people do that. We should sleep at least 6-8 hours a day. First, we will get sick easier. Our body will not have enough power to fight the virus from outside. Usually I will get flu if I don't have enough sleep for some days. Second, we won't do anything in our maximum capacity. Maybe we can finish some works in only an hour but, because of lack of sleep, we need a half hour more to finish them. and sometimes it's not great too because we are hard to concentrate. Especially for a student like you. I think it's really important to have a healthy sleep. You will learn more effectively and you can take a lesson easier, so you won't need to study in long time because you already understand it when you heard that in class ^^ I think it's also safe your time ^^ Three, maybe when we're young we don't feel the effect. But when we're older and weaker, there are big possibilities that we can get sick easier because of our bad habit when we're young. Maybe you get more money because you have less sleep, but you will spend more money when you're old because you're sick.. So, in my opinion.. don't sleep too late. It's not good for our body.
