Which is more delicious crispy pata or lechon baboy?

My favorite is lechon baboy because the skin of it the "kubal" is very crispy and so yummy. the fat also is very delicious its really one of my favorite. crispy pata also is so crispilicious but for me its look so dry without a fat. that's why i will not change lechon baboy as my favorite although "humba" is my most favorite. for you, which is more delicious crispy pata? or is it lechon baboy?

Oh, I love Crispy Pata! I prefer to eat it rather than Lechon if there is any choice. Especially when served with soy sauce, calamansi juice and hot chili pepper.

Hmmm... can I have both? However, I really have to take both in moderation for health reasons. If I am to choose only one though, I'd go for crispy pata specially if I have a vinegar with onions and hot chili for dipping.

Decisions, decisions... LOL Crispy pata definitely has my vote! I prefer its dipping sauce (soy sauce, chopped shallot, black pepper, etcetera). I guess I don't like the greasiness of the lechon and very much like the crunchy texture of crispy pata. YUM!

i love to eat both the difference is I can eat crispy pata everyday but could not manage to eat lechon everyday I love to eat lechon only on special occasion and not daily basis. so if I where to choose one it would be crispy pata. hmmmm so yummy lmao

Hi cupcyke, good day to you my kababayan. As a filipino i cay say that both "crispy pata and lechon baboy" are delicious. But honestly speaking my most favorite of that two is LECHON Baboy because of the reason it's really crispy than Crispy Pata and the look of lechong baboy was really good looking. I think this coming fiesta here in our province many people will go prepare for lechong baboy because this food is also at the list of the most very delicious food here in our country. As my own opinion i think if all people here in this earth will be given a chance to tryand taste "Lechong baboy", they will surely also love this food and i think that there will be a big chance that many foreigners and tourist will go visit our country because of the good taste of LECHONG baboy. As i know, many Filipino and other people, especially those rich people spend a big amount of money just to taste many kinds of food, which is good for their taste and they really enjoy eating the food, if the really like it. Sometimes they just go ask with the one who cooked it, about how to make that food,because they really like it. But being practicality, if the only choice is "CRISPY PATA", i will also go with this food because of the reason PATA is also a part of the body of LECHONG BABOY that's why, it also have the same taste. In logic if i love LECHONG baboy it means i also love PATA because Pata is part of lechong baboy. I hope you get my point my friend. . . Again and again, in my own opinion. I can say that 70% of Filipino will go for lechong baboy rather than CRISPY PATA, which will havd a 25% rate for those people who love Pata. Which is more delicious between lechon and crispy pata? I can say that both are delicious. But I like lechon more than crispy pata. I like its taste. I like roasted meat with tasty gravy. I also eat crispy pata but not as much as I do with lechon. I feel hungry because of this post. I should get one. Happy eating..

Hey there! This is a really tough question! I love eating both. Lechon baboy is really good with the right sarsa and crispy pata is really good anytime. I'd have to say that I enjoy lechon baboy more. I enjoy really crispy lechon skin. It's a treat to eat lechon baboy since it's expensive and usually only served at parties. Crispy pata can be ordered at most "ihawan" restaurants.

For me yes. but it's only good in my eyes to look at but when I would already taste it, nothing beats my "paksiw na isda" yummmmyyyyyyyyy!!!! there's no other filipino food that I would love most to eat than my favorite 'PAKSIW'! Lechon kawali, Lechon Baboy are no good to eat when you have high on cholesterol, hypertension and several illness that could be trigger by eating this kind of food. But my "Paksiw na Isda" you can eat as much as you can without any bad side effects that could be triggered...oh huh!
