Have you ever felt lazy the whole day? What do you do? Do you combat laziness? or do you just let yourself go and just slumber all day?

Well what I do is I make a list of everything I need to get done for the day. I then will get determined to cross everything off my list. When its done I have a sense of acomplishment.

A to-do list helps me to stay on task. Other than that, I usually just make myself get up and walk outside and stay out there. I can usually find something productive to do once I am out there. The main thing I have to do is to not let myself sit for too long. Of course, with the weather as nice as it is right now, I am not having much trouble keeping myself in the yard. That may all change once summer gets here though...LOL

Hello laydee. Whenever I feel laziness setting in, it means I need to get myself some coffee. Having chocolate also works for me. But there are times when I would just take the day slowly and relax a bit. Thanks. God bless.

Hello dear laydee. Just yesterday morning I did not know why I felt so exhausted and lack of energy from the beginning of the day that I felt lazy. I drank some tea to make me energetic and took an afternoon nap for about one hour and a half. Then I felt better in the afternoon, but I still drank tea. I felt good again later in the day and I was happy for it. If it were on a holiday, I would sleep as long as I could because I would not have to worry about my work on holidays. Take care, friend.

I try to take a day a week for rest and relaxation. After all there is a commandment to that affect. The rest of the time I have adequate energy and excitement to do what I need to do with enthusiasm. Every day is a new adventure.
