My mom was trying to make me sleep on dayligh, but she couldn`t make me sleep on daylight. I really sleep on daylight just when i`m so busy, because i didn`t slept all night long, or i`m after a long perioud of not enought sleep in the night. But to sleep every day 1-2 hours on daylight... i can`t do that.
Do you sleep on daylight? Since when you`re doing that?

I regularly sleep on day light because we have warm weather here and in summer when it too hot we stay at home about 12:00 pm to 3:00 or 4:00 PM. so i take my sleep during this time i dont sleep whole long 3 or 4 hrs just only for 1 hr or about 2 not ore then this.
I think this daylight sleep depends on weather conditions of your area. Me also dont sleep while winter here.

Well, I work days so most of the time I am up no later than 6 a.m. Even on my days off I am usually up by 8 or 9 a.m. usually. Unless I am really tired, have a really Bad migraine, or not feeling well, I have a really hard time sleeping during the day now as well. Back when I used to work different shifts, I could do it but most of the time now unless I cover my head it is way too bright to sleep.

When I was young my Grandma would always let me sleep just after lunch. I really do not know what the rationale behind but she always tell me to sleep in the afternoon. But now, I am already working I brarely could not sleep in that period because I am working already. I do what they call as power naps where in between lunch break when I can find a good time to sleep then I would sleep in a very short time only.
On weekends where we don't have work then I take advantage of it to sleep and wake up late. And if time allows me to sleep in the afternoon then I sleep too to prepare myself for the coming week. Sleeping is actually helping your body recharge for the next day so I guess there's nothing bad doing that.

Hello delkar. I usually take a nap after lunch, which is part of my routine. If I do not take a nap, I will not be so energetic at work in the afternoon. I have developed this habit of taking a nap for decades. The nap does not have to be long so long as I fall asleep for a little while to help me recover my energy. Good day, friend.

you`re so lucky!
First of all, because you have such a job, and you can go anytime..and you have time to take a nap after lunch . On the second place, you`re really lucky because you can take a nap so quick. In my case, it will take at least 30 min until i`ll sleep.

Yes, it is my normal habit to sleep even in day time. I sleep in daytime for giving to rest to myself. Just I want to complete my sleeping hour by sleeping in day time.

Afternoon naps are supposedly really good for you. I used to find it hard to sleep during the day... but lately it's been really easy. Maybe I've been staying up too late or stress has been getting to me.
At any rate... I think we'll all find it easier to sleep in the afternoon when we're much older.
