Putting Adgitize in your blog -- will it help increase blog's earnings?

I came across a site called Adgitize. Basically bloggers put the Adgitize icon on their site, and it claims that it could increase your blog's readership and you can earn from them as well. I'm thinking of trying it out, it says it's free to join, but right now I'm still not sure.
Has anyone tried Adgitize? Any positive and negative feebacks you could share?

I have never heard of it before. I think it could be worth a try. Anything that will help increase readership in a blog is generally good. I would try it and let us know how it works out. It sounds like an interesting idea. I would try it if I could.
