Survivor Tocantins - Do you think that was the right decision?

Do you guys agree that this season is way tame compared to Gabon? I mean, sure Coachless is a real character (accdg to him, the OTHERS were calling him Dragon Slayer *snort*), but even the dislike between some of the survivors is kind of mild (nothing like Corinne hating on Sugar). Do you think it was smart to take out Debbie instead of Coach? What if Coach wins immunity in the next two episodes? And if he doesn't, what will the Survivor crew pull to instigate upsets and keep things interesting? I'd like to know your thoughts on this, people. :)

I looked like Debbie dug her own grave. She started scrambling and this made JT and Stephen distrust her more then they have in the past. I would have liked to have seen Coach go first. He annoys me, so I can't even imagine how much he must annoy the other players. That whole Dragonslayer thing is really stupid too! If he is like this in real life, I can't understand why anyone would hire him to work with children.

Yeah, that was dumb of Debbie. She should have realized by then that she wasn't calling the shots, lol. Well, we'll be seeing more of Coach (who I heard was fired anyway, don't remember the details). It would be interesting to see him in the final 3, lol.

I think everyone by now would like to see Coach gone. He is the most annoying person I have seen in a long time. Just listening to him talk aggravates me and his smug attitude gets under my skin. I hate that Debbie got herslef in that position, but then I guess it is hard to always know how to be shrewed in this game.

I wonder if in the end they might decide to keep Coach thinking that they can win against him in the end. I certainly hope he goes this week.

Debbie needed to go. Because she was more of a player than coach. He has no alliance now and face it he has not won much.Anything is possible in this game he would be good in a standing endurance challenge.

That's the thing - he is a good physical threat. Granted JT and Steven might hold their own against him but why do that to themselves when they don't have to? They could most likely out do Debbie in most things (other than maybe mental games - could be a tie there) but Coach is stronger and that is the number 1 threat... at least I would think so. I know I'd rather go up against someone smaller than me, than someone closer to my equal in strength.

If Coach had known what she was up to, he would have called her "CANCER", lol. Anyway, we'll see what happens. They might come up with another juvenile game that Coach is really good at and he might just "immunize" himself all the way to the final three, lol.

I'm sad to say I missed almost the whole show. I wish they had gotten rid of Coach, he is irritating. I did catch the part where he was talking about others calling him dragon slayer, it gave us a good laugh. I think he's the only one who has ever referred to him as that.

I think this season has been "easy" for many people. JT is making it through because everyone seems to like im and no one seems to fear him (even though I bet he'd win if he was against any of them in the final 2). So for him, ever since the merge, it's been easy. Sure he's still doing well at challenges, but that is just like extra security. It seems he doesn't even need it. We know now that Coach is gone. I think getting rid of Debbie WAS the right decision last week because Debbie was trying to backstab her alliance so she couldn't be trusted. Coach was still preaching honesty so they trusted him to not turn on them. As far as no one having any real hating for anyone else... that is so true too. Tyson talked bad about Sierra all the time, but when they both got to Ponderosa they were totally cool with each other. People seem annoyed by others, but no one seems to truly hate anyone else. Maybe that's why it's been so tame and so easy - all of these people know it is just a game and for once no one seems to be taking it personal.

They should take Coach out as soon as they can - should have taken him out last trible council.. he is a physical threat and if they were smart... theyd get rid of him so they don't have to work so hard on the challenges to beat him. I watch but am not enjoying it much this season.. has been dwindling the last 3-4 seasons.. just to much bickering and back stabbing and all going on.. All they ever show is the members talking about who to vote off, who to alliance with, who not to alliance with etc. They dont' show how they live there with nothing, how they get their food, dealings with the camp and environment etc. I always liked watching that part to see how they do "survive". There's no tree mail anymore, and even the challenges, (which was my favorite part of the shows) are not as good as they have been in the past. But if Coach gets to final 2... don't know if he will win or not, he has lied to 2 of them already and backing it up by saying "I don't lie". I think JT should win.. him or Steven... both have worked hard and played the game right and have not been annoying or disgusting or hateful or violent and all....

My sentiments exactly... too much of the drama and social game aspect and not much of the surviving in the wild part... I won't mind either if JT or Stephen wins, the two make a great duo and so far, their alliance has been effective.

That's the words I have been looking for - the social drama. Like Brill Cream... a little dab'll do ya! IT is to much on these last season or so. I am sure they do other things while at camp - why can't we see that.. that is what made it all so interesting. Who they alliance with and why is fine to know about but it's gone overboard lately. Sure does take away from the show's quality
