naughty children

Kids are always going to be rambunctious when out in public especially if they're around video games. Do you have a rule at your cafe that says no unsupervised children? If not, I would consider instituting one. Many stores in the U.S. have such a rule to curve the kind of behavior you're describing. Good luck.

I think you should post some warning signs that says "No Watchers Allowed" or something to that effect so only the people who uses your services will stay on your cafe. You should also be firm in implementing that rule because if you're soft then most probably they won't respect you. As the owner, you have the right to impose your authority.

Hi! Maybe you temporarily banning them has done the trick. If they should continue to be naughty, maybe you could try to speak with their parents if you can find out who the parents are. If that does not work out you might think of banning them permantly, if they continue to go down the path they are choosing to be naughty. I would have done as you have done and then consider what other options are available to me if they continue to disrupt your shop.

Wow those kids are sure are naughty. I have a very very hyper naughty cousin who always keeps breaking things lol, and it's really frustrating sometimes though, well not sometimes but most of the times. But I try to just calm myself and be more patient, always telling him that he should behave. But when he goes to far I do punish him like spanking him then he would just sit in one corner and cry and then after that, he would be so hyper again...LOL well kids are kids.

I believe they will be your loyal customers. Children and teens are usually the life of the internet cafe business because they are the ones who play games for hours. That would keep your business running. I'm planning to get into this business in the future since this thrill of making money online is booming already.
