I've never seen spell check on myLot. Sometimes it's built into your browser program, but I've never seen it here.

I know tha this is hard to believe but I really do not know what a browser programme is. I never had formal lessons on my pc just had to learn bits on my own at a late age. I know the accounting programmes well that I have to use and Word programmes but nothing much else.

I'm sorry if this ends up being a double post. It just deleted my text, not sure what or how. Lol. Well I was going to suggest firefox add on's if you have that, but then I realized that firefox already has spellcheck enabled, without needing an add on. Do you use IE , firefox, or netscape... or just What? lol!

Oh don't worry about it. Firefox, IE (or internet explorer) and netscape are all browsers. Mozilla is the company for firefox where in Microsoft is the company for Internet Explorer, Netscape, I'm not so sure. lol. Um, Microsoft computers come with IE. Not sure about any other type of computer. To get Mozilla firefox go to mozilla.org For Netscape, I think it's netscape.org and for IE? not sure but just search for microsoft IE. I'd recommend Mozilla though, if you don't already have it.

Sorry if this ends up being double posted, I accidentally hit the wrong button. I don't mind telling you about them and I can understand. I don't know everything there is to know about computers. The three I mentioned, IE (or internet explorer), Firefox (or mozilla firefox) and Netscape (or netscape navigator) are browsers. If you do not have any of them or want to learn more, mozilla.org houses firefox, where in internet explorer is probably on microsoft.com, and netscape navigator? I think is a .org site as well. I recommend firefox. Of course searching for your own browser and looking for spell check works too!

Hi, I used to browse mylot in internet explorer initially, but I had a post stating that it was pathetically slow to browse. I switched over exclusively for this site in Mozilla Firefox, the speed is a bit faster and it helps me to check my spellings. The misspelled words are faintly underlined in red to catch your attention. So it helps. BTW "MYLOT" comes under a misspelled word in spell check.
