can we judge a person by the appearance?

hi mylotters!!! it's a very interesting question i must say that :)yes we can judge a person by it's appearance, we can judge them through it's body language his/her dressing style,with make up n accessories n all we come to know different traits from his/her personality....so in this question i would totally agree that we can surely judge a person from his/her personality...........

Hey, No we cannot actually judge a person by how they look. At times we may see someone who is really poor and not showered and dirty and we may think that they are a terrible person, but may not. Or we may see someone who is really good looking, and think that they are the perfect person with a great attitude, but inside they may bite you like a viper. I don't think that we can completely judge a person by his appearance but the impression formed from the appearance usually turns out to be correct. Appearance certainly is important for any person. If I like one person and If i am interacting and communicating with him means that first I have liked his appearance. This is exactly true in my opinion. No person will really continue any kind of communication with one person until and unless he likes the other person's appearance. Appearance certainly gives you a broad idea of the persona of an individual. It can very correctly tell you whether this person deserves further interaction or not.

People do it all the time. I don't think it's right to do so, but it seems like everyone makes judgements on some aspect of a person's appearance. I try not to, but I have before. I've learned it's not really an accurate to judge somebody. I'd much rather decide if I like somebody by thier personality and values.

I do it all the time, and most of the time I am wrong. Just like me, people usually get the impression that I am quiet, and scary, but Im loud and friendly...
