I love reading, but I don't buy a lot of books. I usually prefer to borrow the books at the library instead of buying them. If I really like one of the books that I have borrowed I might buy it later on, so that I can read it again. I sometimes buy books through the internet especially books in other languages. Some of the books that I want to read haven't been translated to Danish, so I often choose to buy the English version instead. I like to buy books online, because I can easily compare the prices etc and find the book that I am looking for.

Yes most of my book I have brought thru the internet. Its cheaper and easier. Plus I belong to a bookclub Litergy Guild. I was able to buy the Twilight Series (4) hardcover books by Stephanie Meyer for $28.47. You can't do better than that especially for hardcover.

I don't always buy books on the internet, but if I find a writer I like, I might buy more of their books on the internet. If I haven't read anything by the person, I like to look at the front and back covers, read the blurbs, maybe read a page or two into the book.

I haven't tried buying a book through the internet... but i am thinking about it... since i can't find a copy of Holly Black's "A Modern Faerie Tale" series... and i really want to read the series... i saw that the books are available in amazon.com... and they are not that expensive... just need to pay my credit card first...

I actually buy a lot of my books via the internet through Amazon.com or Alibris.com...I find really great books cheap. Often will buy used books that are often in great condition but only cost a few bucks as opposed to full price if bought new.

That's great. As long as you are reading nothing like it. I seldom buy books from internet though. I download books from internet and this comes in handy. Where do you buy from?

I do not read books at all. I just do not like it and do not have the time for it. If I ever wanted to buy any, I would buy them online also. Amazon.com has alot of them with some good deals also.

I buy most of my books online, I think. I can get them for about $2 and that INCLUDES shipping and handling and it's hard to find a better deal than that. The only place I really go to get books other than online is in second hand store. I got 'Salem's Lot by Stephen King the other day for only 75 cents. I was pretty thrilled with the find since I've been meaning to read it for a while now!

I recently began to read again after taking a two year lapse and not reading anything. I would say that buying an actual book is better than purchasing your books online, but that is because of how nice it is to have a physical copy of a book instead of a text document. If I were to buy my book off of the internet though, i would consider buying a portable ebook reader for convenience.

Well, yeah sometimes I don't find the books I want to read in any library or anywhere but internet. So, I do want to buy books on internet from ebay or other sites. Otherwise, I prefer buying books from market itself.
