we know that paypal/alertpayl help us in getting money back if we send money to any sites but what about the peoples who earned on scam sites and not got paid.I think if paypal and alertpay approve any ptc sites then they have to tell them that ptc admins should maintain 50% money in there alertpay/paypal accounts. So when ever the site becomes scam and just by requesting the paypal or alertpay we can get our money. do u like this idea.Should we recommand this idea to alerpay or paypal.

I think that is a very good idea also. I think Paypal or Alertpay or any online payment processor should prosecute any scam sites or threaten them in some kind of way to be a paying site and not a scam. I have lost time and money to these scam sites over the years and it is enough already.

this is a brilliant idea in theory. We, as members, will never have to worry about losing all our money to scam sites anymore! HURRAY! However, in reality, this is near imposible to carry out. First, PayPal and AlertPay have no legal obligations nor legal rights to do so. Hence, site owners can simply ignore this plan. Second, it takes alot of resources to keep up with the ever changing internet. Do you think PayPal/AlertPay will ever want to "waste" their resources this way? They have nothing to gain from this plan, so I don't think they will agree to doing so. Furthermore, site owners will have to submit their entire database and update it regularly. Another waste of time and resource. I like your idea, but I don't think it is ever going to work out. Because in reality, everything is about money. No profit, no talk.

Seems like a good idea to me. What do you think are the chances that it will ever actually happen? PP can't force them to do this, nor, in my opinion are they likely to want to spend the time needed to monitor the accounts.

lol =D U actually use your response to my comments to start this discussion?? lol =D That was pretty fast of u huh?? Well, i think think paypla or alertpay will approve of that.. Because we are the ones whom decide to join a certain site, and no payments had gone thru them yet, thus they are not really able to help us in anyway.. Furthermore, if scam sites decide to shut down for good, how are we able to prove how much we have earned?? In a way, paypal and alertpay will stand to lose because they have no alternatives to claim all those money from.. haha =D
