Walking is the best natural exercise after swimming. Swimming can be done only once or twice in a day but walking is an everyday ongoing exercise. If you are a lover of this exercise like me, I swear your family doctor must have cursed you for not giving him enough chance to make money from you. So I tell all my friends that this is the top secret about my health. What about you? meapas.

I like to walk for exercise but at this time of year the heat prevents it, it is just too hot and I miss it. In the cooler months I love to walk with a friend along the sea paths and around the local countryside, always carrying a bottle of water. If the environment is beautiful the walking is a pleasure and the exercise just a benefit.

I walk a lot, but when you walk a lot there comes a point when your body gets used to it all. I walked so much that I couldn't lose weight from it because my body was so used to it. I started doing some other exercises on top of walking, though, so now I work all of my muscles and it really works at burning calories. ^_^
