My hubby has been catching some keepers so my freezer is full of fish pieces now! :-D I sometimes like to stir fried the fish with vegetables and onions; deep fried it, eat it with tar tar sauce; grill it on the grill. Adn I like eating raw fresh fish too - sashimi, dip it into Japanese soya sauce and wasabi... yaya yum yum! Right now I'm thinking about making fish with celery ;-) What's for dinner tonight by the way???

I like fish cooked in garlic butter. I wish I knew of a healthy way to cook it that I enjoyed just as much but I dont. I need to learn to cook better and eat what is good for me and not just what tastes good going down.

My husband and I always have steamed cream dory fillets! add garlic powder, white pepper, a little bit of salt and dried basil on one side of the fish (top side) and steam for about 8-10 minutes. Serve with honey mustard sauce. LOVE steamed fish!

I prefer not to eat fish at all but, I do eat tuna... in sandwiches with a bit of salad cream. I can't eat it warm or with tomatoes. I dont know why.
