Sleepless me

I work at night as a nurse from 11 o 7 in the morning. And in the afternoon, I stay awake. I usually sleep only about 4 to 5 hours a day which is bad. huhuhu. How many hours do you sleep? Do you believe that a person can go on without sleeping for 13 days?

Wow. Both of us should have enough rest, friend. I usually visit the net after work. I can't resist it. It's really a temptation. LOL

Well since I worked on a fixed shift that is 9 to 5pm. Sleeping is not a problem with me anymore. I think in your case you should have at least 6-8 hours of straight sleep but since your work is somewhat odd and I do believe its shifting adjusting your body to sleep is really that hard. I have a sister who is working as a nurse too but she is good at sleeping anytime of the day. She usually sleeps straight so that she is energized to work back to her duty. If you could practiced that then it would be beneficial for you and your body.

I can sense in you are still a very active person that is why you want to do as much as you can to utilize what remains of it after work. But you must also find time resting as well as part of your daily routine too.
