Talent? Good skills in typing? A good talent in narrow?Or maybe a good experience in life? A simple person can be more popular as a complicated person If a person is very friendly , have a good sense of humor, or like to talk a lot....can be this person very popular in this site?

Stay active maximum time in 24 hours. Share good discussions and give your suggestions to others queries. Be intellectual and without grammatical errors, I guess that is the way to be popular here in mylot.

i never thought about popularity here..so i guess it can be not very easy seeing that there are so much people here psoting discussions or responses so i think it is really eterogeneous community and so it is difficult to have a real rank based on something as in other networks as well!! So if you meant about populrity because you refer to the rating..mmh...i don't know i think you just e sure to respond often to discussions and your responses should b well-prepared and so i think also the best responses will paly a good role from this point of view... So as ragrds other aspects i think here is a bit different so when you have a good activity your friends and so on..you will be popular as well...i guess...

Hi, Icesmile! Popularity on this site is based, I think, on the interest people take in one's posts, not in the person. We do learn that there are some myLotters we like and others we don't, but I don't think it goes to the extent of popularity, per se.

i think people take a liking to you on here if you are repectful of people's discussions and give good replies which then makes you both engage in a conversation and hence people add you as a friend because they can see what other discussions you have replied to

you become popular when you put a lot of discussions online. i guess accepting many many friends is also one factor. i was trained to rate every discussion i will respond to. of course it is unethical to put a negative on anyone. if i find that the discussion is not to my liking, i just pass and not rate at all. i'd say sense of humour is first on the list and kind words, too, to become popular among friends. straight forward people get the impression of being snub but for me i dont take them personally. what they say are just their opinion and i respect it. here in this site? there are so many talented writers with equally educated reasoning. you agree with me? ann
