in life what can you say that you enjoy doing and if it costs you anything to do what you enjoy would you give it up if you could not really afford to do it?

I love heading outdoors whether it be at the playground with the kids, going out for a picnic, walking, hiking, or just laying on the beach. There is nothing like fresh air to help with any problem or stress in your life. Since these things can be enjoyed for little money I don't think there is an issue of affording it. However if I couldn't afford it I would definitely research ways to make it possible.

Ohhh I love traveling! I can't simply sit still. But alas, due to the economic melt down, travel plans have gone south. My goals were to travel frugally while I'm trying to pay off my credit cards. So now I'm just left with paying off my credit cards. No money to even frugally travel. *sigh* So yes - I gave up on it. What I'll do this time is once I pay off one card, I'll reward myself by traveling and enjoying the sites and sounds of the city next door. Something cheap like that. =/

Hi Jugs...Yes I had to give up what I enjoyed most in life and that was traveling. I use to save up all year at work to go to Las Vegas every year with a group of my friends. Thirteen days after I got home from my last trip my husband had a massive heart attack and eventually that same year a transplant. With his illness being so traumatic I had to quit working and I have sense become ill. I so hope I can eventually make another trip to Vegas, but if not I have the memories of the trips that I have made there. flutterby

I really actually enjoy driving around. I would give up going out as much I do if I needed too. But I would try and find a way around it. -.~

Hi jugjug, :) I love going to the beach, just enjoy the sun and the view. But on regular weekends, I go out with my friends -bars, drink, or stories over coffee, and sometimes like tonight, just chilling at home in front of the tv with sweets and my comfy pillows :) there's nothing like the perfect way to relax!

I like to do so many different things. I do like to play Keno at one of the local casino's but if I don't have the money, I don't go. It's the only form of entertainment that I really enjoy doing. My husband likes to go also so many times we go together. If we couldn't afford to go, I'd stay home or find something else to do.

I enjoy taking pictures, writing, using the internet, well, lots of things. And, yes, i can give up everything if need be. I did without internet, writing, and lots of stuff, so that i could move. Well, actually my sister offered me to use her computer, but i didn't want to be an inconvenience on her, any more than i already was, so yes, i did do without until i got back on.

Music. I really love music, listening to it, playing it, singing it, anything that deals with music in any way. Yes it does cost sometimes, but it's well worth it. It usually doesn't cost too much to where I'd have to consider giving it up. I also enjoy going to the lake in the summer. It does cost, but again, it's not expensive to where I'd consider giving it up.

I enjoy studying, learning a new language, watching basketball games, surfing the internet, and doing anything else that makes me feel good. I don't usually go for the things that I can not afford, since I can not afford it and what's the sense of having it if you can not really afford it at all? Hehe.. But most of the time my interest does not cost me much, and if so, it is minimal.
