Whilst I think that Adolf Hitler is probably the most evil person in modern history some of his foul colleagues cannot be overlooked. Eichmann was the one most responsible for implementing the policies against the Jews, Heydrich was truly evil as he operated whilst still retaining the persona of a charming man, whilst people like Mengeles truly enjoyed what they did but on a smaller scale. The policies of Hitler allowed men like Mengele to truly practice evil.

Though I agree that Hitler was evil and since history is written by the victors he is easy to vilify, but why do we over look Prescott Bush and George Bush the Elder, they have set in motion a wave of destruction and evil that humanity will cannot recover from. Their ideas of self serving greed have set policy and allowed unspeakable actions all over the world. The Bush family, beyond their public and political personas are cruel self proclaimed demigods.

The most evil person ever recorded in history is King Manasseh, the King of Judah. His father was King Hezekiah and instead of him following the footsteps of his father, he did great evil. (Much worse than Hitler, Musssolini, Fritzel)There has never been anyone who has committed most atrocities than him. Read about his story in the bible in the books of 2 Kings 21:1-17; 2 Chronicles 33:1-20

Impossible to say one killed millions while the other imprisoned and raped someone they are supposed to love and protect both are evil in their different ways.

I think it is subjective. One person's heaven is another person's hell, so to speak.
Personally, I'd say Hitler is probably the most evil person in history, but he's not alone up there at the top of the list.

The most evil person in history is definitely Bob Saget. I mean, just look at that guy. He's definitely evil incarnate.

I believe all these people are equally evil. They all had the same intentions of bringing evil deeds upon people. Although some did do much horrible things than the other they are all to me considered evil and cruel.

Both of these men were very evil in their own ways. Can we say that one is worse than the other one? I am not sure that we can answer that. I see so much evil in this world and there are so many evil people in this world who continually hurt others and it is not possible to say that one is worse than the other.
