I really do love cooking and baking. Last week i started a new blog which is all about cooking. I posted some recipes there and i will add more posts later. Neat blog! I love cooking in phases. Meaning that there are times when all I want to do all day long is cook cook cook. Then there are other times when I don't even want to look at the kitchen! Since it is summertime here and everything is so hot my kitchen is like a furnace. I try to cook things in the crockpot and not use the oven or the stovetop. I do have a tendency to enjoy cooking more when I am trying new dishes out. I love recipe books and I collect several. Keep blogging and MyLotting!

My friends have been telling me for a while I should start a cooking blog but I;m very Leary of this! I checked yours out and would like to point some thing out, where do you think your main views will come from? If your trying to go to the Americans then I'd like to let you know some of the ingredients you mention I''ve never heard of? Don't get offended I just thought I'd give you some friendly advise! I love love love to cook! I frequent a lot of cooking blogs as well since I am always looking for new things to try and new ways to do things. I will definitely keep an eye on your blog in the future. Good luck with it and hope you gather a large following.
