many of us like to diet to keep our figure, so do you keep track of the amount of Calories you intake every meal or day? i certainly do not keep track. i find the system to be misleading. i exercise on a daily basis and eat healthy foods as much as possible. i dont not think calories truly show if a food item is healthy or not

True! There are many factors that affect the health of a food. Fat percentage, carbohydrates, and fiber are all things to look in to. Just because an item has only a few calories does not mean it is not high in fat. It could also be nutritionally bank rupped. I try to eat a lot of foods with high fiber content,

Hi Kuposin, I have never tracked calories but could probably have a pretty good guess which foods would be high in calories if presented with a choice. If I hear how much calories a food has I would take note, when I heard that one can of Fanta pop has something like 350 calories in it I did explain the principles of calories to my child so that he would be aware of the difference between empty calories contained in pointless things like fanta and why things like that are not a good food choice.

we need calories anyhow so eat what you want and enjoy life, aslong as you use the calories that you eat then you wont increase in weight from the calories you intake.
