How many pieces of jewellery (ear ring, necklace, ring, etc) do you wear now?

Crystal Bracelet - One of my favourite piece of jewellery is similar to this picture. It is a crystal bracelet made with many purple crystals in all shades of purple with some matching beads. I bought it during my holiday trip in Bangkok, Thailand.

I would like to hear from female as well as male myLotters on how many pieces of jewellery are they wearing now? It can be ear ring, necklace, pendant, ring, bracelet, bangle, anklet, nose stud, etc... It can be made of gold, silver, white gold, diamond, jade, gems, etc.... Currently, I am wearing a white gold necklace with a diamond pendant, 3 ear rings on my left ear and 1 ear ring on my right ear. I have stopped wearing my wedding ring 8 years ago cos I have put on some weight since I gave birth to my daughters. I always change my ear rings (but not all of them) to match my outfit. What about you guys???

Now I am wearing: 3 gold bangles (one of them is a wedding bangle, pola we call it) 2 gold chains (One of them is the wedding chain) a pair of silver anklets a pair of diamond studs with jhumkis We had a ritual at home thats why I am all dressed up. Else, I knock off many items except for the wedding chain and anklets and a bangle. :)

I also do have a few pieces of gold jewellery that my mum passed to me when I got married. But I don't wear them cos I don't really like to wear gold jewellery. So, I just keep it with me and will pass them to my daughters later. Have a great weekend, my dear =))

In India we wear alot of jewellery. We have to wear a gold chain with the mangal sutra that which is tied during the wedding. Apart from that i wear american diamond studs, gold bangles, diamond nose pin and also toe rings in silver. These are the basics to be worn by most of the indian women. I too keep changing my ear rings as i have a good collection and love sporting different ear rings. Happy mylotting:)

Hello there, indeed Indians in my country, Singapore, love to wear many jewellery especially gold jewellery. I think that people with dark skin really look good wearing gold jewellery. I love to wear the whole bunch of colourful bangles that I bought from a Indian store in my country. In fact, I have a few collection of them. Thanks for your response, dear =))

Hello buddy, many people don't have the habit of wearing jewellery at home. My mum will also take off her jewellery quickly once she reached home. It is a matter of habit. Thanks for your response, dear =))

Wow, you have 3 ear rings at your left year, that is amazing... I wear earring only when I go for a proper dinner or function. Now I am wearing my engagement ring which is made of white gold. I keep my gold wedding ring as I don't like to wear gold lately. Apart of that, I wear a white gold necklace and a lovely pendant, both bought by my eldest sister.

I just pierecd the 3rd hole on my left ear together with my hubby 4 months ago. Cos it is cheaper to pierce a pair so I shared it with my hubby. Funny, right....hahaha.... I also have 2 wedding rings, one is gold and another one is a diamond white gold. But I can't wear both of them cos I gained some weight since I gave birth to my daughters 8 years ago. Have a great weekend ahead =))

Hi, congrats on your 100th posting. You got yourself a very good rating there =)) Many guys in my country also wear necklace but it is now becoming a fashion statement to wear earrings as well. My husband whi is already 43 years old just got his left ear pierced 4 months ago. He is enjoying all the attention he got from his working colleagues and family members.

I mostly wear different amounts of jewelry every day, depending on the outfit, but the ones that stay on/in are 3 in one ear, 4 in the other, one in my nose, one in my lip, and my engagement ring. I also have an opal necklace that my grandmother gave my mom and my mom gave to me that I wear on most days. I used to wear a lot of jewelry when I was a teenager, but now I wear much less. Also, I used to wear bracelets almost every day, but now I have tattoos on my wrists that I want people to see, so I very rarely wear bracelets anymore.

Wow, you sounded like a very trendy person to me. This few years, I have been thinking of the idea of having a tattoo. My hubby is quite ok with it. But I am still looking for a nice picture which I like. Cos beside looking cool with tattoo, I also want it to have some special meaning. So, I am still searching for the right design of tattoo. Cheers =))

I usually just wear my nose stud. My ears get irritated with earrings now, and I just don't have the patience for something tugging at my ears and hair all the time. On occasion, I do enjoy wearing some homemade hemp jewelry, mostly the bracelets and anklets. Sometimes, if I feel like dressing nice for work, I'll wear one of my handmade, custom beaded necklaces. And I love thumbrings, especially big hand-blown glass ones, with all the colors inside of them.

Handmade jewellery are unique and I have seen some of them which are very very pretty. But some handmade jewellery are very expensive. I have seen people wearing very nice thumbrings as well. As my fingers are not long and slender, they don't really look good with rings. So I have given up wearing rings many years ago.

I normally wear the same necklace and pendant unless I am going to a formal dinner or event or I am wearing very trendy outfit that doen't match my necklace and pendant. For ear rings, I would change them to match my outfits. I especially like loop and dangling ear rings =))

The only jewelry I wear on a daily basis is my necklace, which was given to me by my parents. I have a few charms on it that were given by family members that I'm close to. I also have a ring I was given by my grandmother, but I never use it because I do not like to wear rings (I'm always paranoid it's going to fall off).

At this moment I am wering 3 earings on one ear and two on the other they are small and simple earings made of gold. I am also wearing a nekles that my husband gave me two year ago for my birth day and I have never taken it off. And is it no rigns at all since my husband has not got me one and the nekles is the only thing he has gave me other than a stuffed animal.

Hihi =)) Thanks for your response. Will wearing 3 pieces of jewellery improve in our luck??? If so, then I would like to try. I have read in another article saying that wearing a silver ring on our last finger will help us to counter bad people who will back stab your back. Don't know how true also.... Have a great weekend ahead, dear o
