What Do You Do When You Are Sad ...?

Some would turn to their friends and seek companionship or empathy, so will just want to be alone when they are sad. For me, I would prefer to enjoy a cup of hot coffee and relax with some music when I am sad. What do you do when you are sad ?

Internet is my best friend so in every situation either i am sad, happy or tensed , i surf the net and then feel relaxed. I can share and seek the solution of a problem from thousands of people through internet. Apart from this, i also like to listen sad songs when i am sad and depressed. Happy mylotting!

Yes, it realy works. Actualy, it depends on our feelings that deep it is for others. I have many close friends on internet who are much better than the friends i have in reality. In my every situation these virtual friends help me a lot.

Usually when I'm sad, I just sleep. I'm wishing that when I wake up, my sadness will be gone. Most of the times it's effective for me. It feels like my mind is being reset along with my mood so I won't feel the same way I felt before I went to sleep. Aside from that, I also eat a lot, trying to focus on the food instead of what I feel.

Ehen I am sad,I always read novels that i am interested in and listen my favoriate music or have a walk alone.

I think that strolling by the beach is also something nice to do when a person is sad.

Enjoying music is one way to get rid of sadness. I often listen to my favorite classical music. I have a collection of CDs of classical music, Strauss, Chopin, Brahms, and more. Another way, I practise is "Yoga". I find it an excellent way to relieve the mind of any stresses one faces in the day-to-day life. It is an excellent way to relieve mental and physical stresses.

Every time i am sad or have something bad, I always take a nap or sleep. When I sleep, I will not think of anything. That helps me a lot.

When I'm sad I put up a sad face, then i sleep and if i can't sleep because the sadness always invades my mind i listen to music the fast kind not the slow melodies or else it will make me more sad. Sometimes I eat as in binge eating on chocolates because it helps to perk you up or go walking with no sense of direction and along the way let that sadness go away.

Hey, Well I do quite a lot of things when I am sad. I mainly listen to some music as this helps me to get my mind away from all the things that are making me sad. Also I reply to discussions on myLot too. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

when i am sad i turn on my ipod and listen to music with my eyes closed, sometimes i lie down and just let myself mind travel. there are sometimes when having someone there is more of a hinderance than anything else.

When I am sad, I like to be alone in a dark, cool room with sad music playing. It allows me time to cry it out. Afterwards I feel much better. :)
