Working on a Weekend

I understand how you feel. Anyways, just remember that there are millions who are now looking for a job somewhere in the world, so you're fortunate that you have one. What you could do to avoid boredom is to read some books, call up some friends to chat with, watch online movies, take a short break and look out the window etc. I mean, try to do different activities to get rid of boredom or else you might just be insane one day with the current routine. In the meantime, try looking for other jobs. Good luck!

Hi thanusha85, smile . I know its hard to work during weekends. Weekends supposed to be vacation time for of all us right? But yea due to some condition, we need to report and finish our job. I seldom work during weekend, I only work when we have special job assignments to do. I am lazy to work during weekend because my mind is set up having rest and time for myself. Well, I dont often get a whole weekend off but, this time, I have. I dont mind working at the weekend because it pays extra. I'm more likely to be bored at home than at work because I will be busy and on the move for the whole shift. Hope you get a day off mid-week to make up for it

Hey, Yea I really feel sorry for you, not many people actually are willing to work on the weekend unless they get paid 1.5 times the amount of pay that they usually get. yes I was in the same position. working until late, about 11.30p.m. and arrived at home at 12.30 a.m.. It was tiring, but at least u'll get paid right? :)
