Are you living healthily - food and way of life?

I read in a newspaper there is a village in Italy where people are living a long life. Among healthy food are the following: - Onion, garlic and olive oil; - Whole wheat; - Fish, soya beans, and nuts; - Organic sheep cheese; - Grape wine, wheat beverage; And last but not least, they live a plain life free of stress.

Ours is a life with stress and tension. So for us its impossible to think about a life like that.But I have noticed that village people live a more peaceful life.. I am quiet conscious about my health and I prefer avoiding fast foods or junk foods that are full of oils and fat. I like taking homemade foods. Apart from it I practice yoga exercises everyday.

Foods are important for health and certain foods do have great impact on our health which will prolong our earthly existence. But stress is unavoidable in this world. Stress is the main culprit that brings about all the bodily diseases which might eventually kill us.
