Hey mylotters, what are you doing today? I'm getting ready to go offline but i was just wondering, do you try to respond to almost all of the post of only the ones that happens to grab your attention. I mainly do the ones that grab my attention first then I will try to go back and start responding to the ones that are second choice. How do you handle it? Happy mylot.

ya i will resopond only to the interesting postings.Because with out knowing about the posting how can i discuss with that. Thats the reason i will respond to interesting postings. one main reason is to share my views to others. only if i know about that topic i can discus that.

I respond to post that seem interesting to me at that moment and that is if I have something to coment on that discussion. I have comented on some that at first do not look interesting but at the end they are ok or they are really interesting. I guess there are people that start their discussion with a question or a sentence that it looks boring or out there were no one wants to go.

I am really a seldom responder because I am more of a starter. What I spend most of my time here is commenting. I only respond to others' discussions if I find it interesting and if I can relate to the topic, but it's really very seldom that I respond to other's discussions. Happy myLotting!

Hi! I'm very picky when it comes to responding to discussions. I don't participate in discussions where I won't have anything valuable to say. It can be hard sometimes since my interests are very limited. But today has been very fruitful with responses.

Me too, I will respond to the post that the ones that grab my attention first, and then I will go back and start responding to others. It also depend if I have any opinion or can answer the questions, and if not, I pass. I cannot post on all of topic because I don't know what to answer

When I first joined mylot in march of this year, I thought I had to respond to all of the posts. Now, I just mainly respond to the more interesting ones or the ones I can relate to. If it's a subject I don't know anything about or something I never have experienced, I don't respond to it. Also, if it's about sports or teams, I don't respond to it, unless it's about horseback riding or swimming. Thos are my favorite sports. Kathy.

I respond only to those discusssions which I find interesting. There are times when i just go around without not responding to any discussions. But I wish I should be more active.

Since there is such an array of subjects and where to begin I go to the new discussions and I would say I go down the list and pick the ones that catch my eye or look like a discussion I can respond on. I did try one subject that just intrigued me because it was so far out there and discovered it was a discussion not anything like the subject eye catcher. I hope to give all a chance on here and have a few friends on my list that I try and respond to, but since I am just getting started here I have a ways to go.

Personally I only reply to discussions that interest me. There are just far too many conversations on this site to reply to all of them- you would need to be on 24 hours a day just about.

Only the ones that interest me. I can't imagine responding to some of these posts. If the question is either not interesting or a topic that I don't know much about, even if they're only asking my opinion, I can't really give an interesting answer. I probably respond 3 or 4 a day at the most.

Well, I go through all of my friend's notifications first. I have all of their notifications on, so I get all of their discussions in my e-mail. And yes, they are not all interesting. But if I can think of a reply, I do respond to them. Of course there are some topics I skip no matter who posts them. But even though I try to respond to them all, I probably make a special effort for the really interesting discussions.

No way do I have time to respond to all posts, so I start with the ones that are the most interesting to me. If I have time, I get to others that aren't quite as interesting. If it doesn't interest me at all or if I just don't have anything to say, I dont' respond.

I only respond to the discussions that grab my attentions too, I don't feel like responding to the discussions that I don't know because I would not know what to say. And I want to type more of my ideas in the discussions, don't wan tto just type coupel words for the sake of posting.

Yes.If the discussion is within my interests and if it attract me, then I will respond to the discussion and also I will do only if I know something about the matters that is being discussed.Else I will just read the others responses to that particular discussion ever after few days, by copying the discussion URL in a notepad.
