How do you like your steak cooked?

I love mine well done. My family makes fun of me by saying 'Extra Crispy', but I cannot help it. My fear of a little bit of pink it irrational, but that's how it is.

I don't eat steak not because I dislike it but simply because it's not the main dish in Chinese culture. But if you ask me how I like meat be cooked, I can name at least 50 methords.

i like it medium rare. i find that being too raw isnt that great fro the health since the meat can still contain various contagious diseases. however, if its too cooked, then all the juices are gone, leaving the meat very dry. so i find that the best compromise is to have it medium rare.

I like my steak medium-well. I used to only eat it well done, but that became too dry for me as I got older. I don't like to see the blood at all, although I do think it makes the meat taste better. I just can't bring myself to eat it any bloodier than the medium-well. Unfortunately, many steak places will cook it well-done anyway when I order medium-well.

I like my steak medium rare. I also like the steak when there is some fat on the end. I think a little fat gives the steak a better taste and makes it very juicy.

I want mine medium rare, and served hot, do not let it get cold. Add seasoning after it is cooked, like Montreal Steak seasoning. Serve with a baked potato, and a salad.

I love steak, I love it cooked medium or medium rare, I love that a little pink shows and I love the natural juices. I even cook my steak frozen so that the juices still flow.

I always liked my steak cooked well done - until our son came back home to live with us for a while. He has his steak rare, and laughed at us the way we had ours, saying we were losing the taste of the steak by over-cooking it. One day I tried it medium rare, cooked with garlic and herbs - and to my amazement I enjoyed it - it was so tender and tasty! I should have tried it that way years ago!

I like them very rare and very bloody. If they could just flop it on the grill for 1 minute on each side I would be happy. I know this is not a safe way to eat steak but it tastes so good to me that way. I love the blood. Maybe I am actually a vampire.

I like my steak around medium cooked, I don't like it over cooked.
