When was the last time you spent some quality time at home? We all tend to take it for granted that the best part of our lives are spent ut with friends. But has it ever occured to you that you can also have a ball at home with the family? Have you ever tried this?

My idea of spending quality time at home is to be with the family, doing things together like cooking, gardening, painting the house and so on. Spending quality time at home also entails tending to the needs of your family. For instance talking to your kids about their study, sitting on the sofa and watch a good movie with everyone at home. I'd rather combine quality time at home and outdoors with my family rather than just being confined to the four walls of the house.

You're doing the rights things by spending time with the family. Remember, it's your family which will come to your support at all times and not all friends. Showing them that you care and is there for them is what bonding is all about.

I agree with this, I used to be spending most of my time with my friends.Going out for movie, hangout at their house, go for a drink and clubbing whenever I am free. I thought that is what life is about and it feels good when I am with them and this is when I realize it was wrong. I realize that I have not been spending much time at home with my family. So I reduce my outings and spend it at home with my family, after all they won't be here forever and I do not want to regret for the things I have not done before.

Better late than never maikarumike. You did the right thing by going back to your roots. Your family will appreciate every moment you spend with them. The love and warmth that you experience at home is far different and natural than that spent with friends.

To stay at home with my family is my favorite, listening to music, enjoy happy family life. Usually busy with work, can not have much time to accompany with my family, once have time, I would prefer to stay at home with my family, I feel especialy comfortable.

i'm not so sure if i've tried quality time at home...maybe just once in a blue moon... it's just that we're not so close with my family and i've always prefer to go out with friends to have a good time... i don't know, but trying it also wouldn't hurt...

Give it a try and see the difference. No harm in trying is there? You might startle the family with this welcome change and this could lead to a better bonding among the family. Best of luck!
