I never tried to eat frogs in some part of the Philippines it is there delicacy. The frogs in the rice fields are the edible not frog in canal which is bullfrog it is poisonous. They said that it is taste like chicken and I think it is much healthier because it is organic and more leaner.

Hello yelrihs, I remember having frogs legs once years ago in Paris but cannot remember how they were prepared. It is the sort of thing I wouldn't normally eat but take the attitude when in a country where something is the speciality at least try it once. So on Paris I have eated both frogs legs and snails, another thing I would not choose to eat.

I've had frog legs before, but that was ages ago. Haven't had any in the last two or three years. I can't remember how it was cooked, but I remember the meat being really soft.

Sorry, I have not eaten frogs, I do not want to eat them, I think the frog should be to protect, rather than eat them. Frogs eat insects, I have read in newspapers about the business sector to market the release of the frog who was caught, we should not eat them. You thonk?
