How does weather affect your mood?

Hi,dear all my friends,here just a very simple question,how does weather affect your mood? When it is a rainy day,boys complain that it is too bad,as they have to cancel the expected football game;While girls will say that it can be a better day as the rain helps their flower to grow.When it is a sunny and hot day,girls say that it is not good for outting,as they have to use suntan oil and wear sun glasses,while boys are happy,because they would have the best chance for diving.So,how about you? How does weather affect your mood? Can you share your idea in here? Thanks in advance!

When it's dark and gloomy, rainy outside I feel very tired and run down on those days. Bright and sunny I am ready to go. In the winter, if we have a lot of sun I am ok. But if our area goes awhile without son, I feel down in the blues.

Well,weather does affact your mood,so since you feel very good in sunndy days,I think you may plan an important think at those days and you probably get twice the result with half the effort,isn't it great? Come on,wish there gonna be every sunny days in you life.:)

Weather does affects my mood, when it is rainny and cloudy, I feel upset just like the whinny sky... when it is all hot and sunny out, I love it and it gives me great energy to do stuff, I feel happy :-)

The only time it affects my mood is when it's unbearably hot...that I feel so sluggish and not wanting to do anything...or when it's autumn and the daytime hours grow shorter, making me feel groggy alot until the rare sunny day happens. xd

Hi jackie, I really have a problem with rain, I've always found that it depresses me. I don't have the same problem with snow although I don't like snowstorms but it doesn't depress me the way rain does. The only time that I like rain at all is when I go to bed at night. Sometimes hearing rain on the roof will help me sleep. Blessings.

Hi,It is good to share your point of view.And now I understand as the saying goes,every coin has its two sides.See you do not like rain,but it did help you get to sleep,it is interesting,and i guess that special rain may mean o lot to you~

I really don't like hot, sunny weather as I get all hot n' bothered and usually ends up making me quite short with people when they ask stupid questions. On the other hand cold and wet weather calms me down and I am most happy and amicable when Winter rolls in. I find something quite theraputic staring out on a wet and windy day which I know probably makes me sound quite strange.
