Can you imagine life without computer in our modern era? Computers have made our life easier than ever before. The workplace, schools, government institutions, private institutions, and many more cannot function well without the use of computers. And we cannot participate in this type of discussions without the aid of computers and the internet, its partner. Computers, indeed, become part our lifestyle today. As for computer's and the internet's many advantages, criminals also find a way to carry out their activities through online hacking and stealing. Share with me your thoughts regarding this topic.

Life would be very very dark without the humble pc!! I am so used to having a computer now that I almost treat it as though it was an extra limb attached to my body! Life has definitely been made that much easier as a result of the computer and to lose it now would be an absolute travesty! You can do absolutely anything and most importantly you can carry out any research that you need to be getting on with. I have to admit though, I don't sit glued to my computer screen twenty-four hours of the day! I have to take a break, I have to make that humble mug of tea that helps me concentrate, I have to stretch my legs and exercise on my home exercise equipment! When I become bored with this though it's straight back to my computer and life carries on! Andrew

If you prefer that topics is on this days or beyond the future. If our country is being isolated and banning to use computer like Taliban Nations or any other isolated country in the world? I don't think we live happy or making friends here in mylot or join your discussion today! But if prefer in the old days. I think life is normal. Life is going to some sort of living that is very exciting even there is no computer or internet. Life can be going strong and being happy without computer or internet. no person in this world was die without any computer or internet...?

Yup! my friend, Were not die without a computer or internet. Some people says that this is now a part in our daily life. It seems that they are not live without an internet or computer. That is why they ask "how if there is no computer"? Have a great day my friend!

Yes we would be probably happier and healthier without it and we would not die, that is for sure! Although I work online every day, part of me wishes for a more simple life, like it would have been a couple of hudred years ago. Just living on the land and working your land to feed the family. It sounds pretty good to me!!!

You're the second one here who said that "life is normal without the computer." Well, I have found different ideas and responses and most of them answer they cannot live without the computer and the internet, some even say life is empty without this stuff. Good for you, you prefer life the simple and traditional way. Yes, you're right we won't die without computer and the internet but we must admit that it becomes a very powerful means of communication. You cannot communicate with your relatives and friends in other parts of the globe faster and more convenient without the internet.

I would be totally lost without my computer and internet! It's a window to so much of the world! LOL However, truth be told, I would probably have a cleaner house, would be more relaxed and enjoy a simpler, less stressful life. Modern conveniences tend to make us try to cram more stuff into our day.

Modern technologies like the computer and internet become a necessity today. But we must also make our life balanced by not forgetting the "real life" we have like our family and our relationships with others.

according to me it would be wrong to imagine life without computers and internet because i bought my own computer last year with internet connection but i dont think that my life would have affected if i had not bought the computer

Imagine the 1980s when internet had just born. How can we conmunicate~Of course we can but a lot slower. So I think internet has bring a world together and quicker our life.We can live without it but we can have a better life if we use it. To tell you the truth, I think we shouldn't always think what if we don't have .... we shoud think what if something could become better...then the whole society proceed. We shouldn't put all the duties to scientist, a society is consist of all of us.So do what we can to make it better. Happy today

5 yrs ago I got ALS/MND/Lou Gehrig's Disease and I lost my ability to speak and eventually lost my ability to walk. So, without the internet I would be horribly isolated because I cannot talk on the phone anymore, so the internet is my lifeline to the world.

Hi there Kabayan! I am really frantic when ever I could not use a PC, its like a PC withdrawal syndrome to me every time. The are occasional power interruption in my area, sometime the internet connection would have a problem and sometime even when I need to go out somewhere I keep of thinking of rushing home or too anxious to be back online. Is this already the sign of an addiction? I could not imagine and refuse to think not using a computer at this point in time.

Hey hatley. Yes we now save much time and money through the computer and internet together unlike before, when we wanted to look for new ideas to the things that we love to do like cooking, we either go to the bookstore, you know and buy the book we wanted, although we can still do that yet we can also do it now through online shopping. We can also get the info for free.

Hey, Well I don't think that my life would be enjoyable at all without the computer and the Internet. I think that my life would be so boring, that I wouldn't even know what to actually do every single day of my entire life. Make sure you have a good day, God bless and Happy Lotting!!

Hi, kmaram. Yes you're right, computer is really part of our everyday life today. Things today cannot move wothout the aid of this machine and the internet. Sadly, criminals have also found a way to continue their activities through computer and the internet, hopefully more laws should be passed to track them.

I could not live without a computer as mine is on all day! We have an online business, so without computers, we would not have any income and I would have to return to working on cars for a living, like I did in the past! It has definately made it easier for me to keep in contact with family and friends too, as I moved away interstate and had lost contact with some before finding them again on Facebook!

Wow, honestly, I can't even imagine my life without a computer or even the internet. The only way I contact 99% of the people that I know, is by the internet. I post all my photos of me, my husband, and our two children on the computer for my close friends and family to see how different we all are. I am not that great at keeping my checkbook 100% precise, so I am always checking my checking account on the computer. Also, I pay 100% of my bills online through billpay, so I don't have to pay for stamps lol. The computer and internet is pretty much my social network and the only way I can keep my life organized, I can't imagine myself without it!

We NEED technology in our lives. No computer in our lives is like no fast food anywhere in the whole world. You don't realize how much we need it. No fast food, you go out and no where to eat besides those resturants all the time. No quick, tasty food on the go. No computer, no fun, no life, lost your communication (people talk to others on the computer much more than the phone. via:facebook, twitter, aim etc. ) We always need the aid of computers or our lives won't be as effective or easy as it is now. Computer is also where we get our quick news or quick weather instead of watching good morning america and wait for your city to be on. we need computers, end of discussion!

I remember the pre-computer days, I remember when computers took up rooms and were little more than glorified adding machines and info storage we watched more TV, read more books, did things with family and friends without doing it on a keyboard phone calls were just as long, but our parents were telling us to get off instead of our batteries dying there were some good things about it, but there are some good things about now too

hello levite, For me our life will be mesirable without computer and internet. For if our kids has research work/s to do they can easily finish it with the help of the computer and internet. We can communicate to our family abroad and even see them through webcam. This way, we don't need to pay that much for overseas call. We can even store a lot of things here so we don't need to file them in a cabinet make it more convenient and easier to find/locate. It's really so helpful and thanks for the new technology and the person who invented these.

I can imagine my life without a computer or the internet, but it wouldn't be as interesting and I wouldn't have many of the opprtunities that I currently have. I jsut bought my first computer about three and a half years ago, so I haven't had it that long really. Life before my computer was busy, but not as interestingly busy as it is now. Even the first year or so that I had my computer, I didn't do much with it. Just in the last year have I really started using it on a regular basis, and by regular, I mean that if I am not on my computer each day, it is because I was not able to get to it. Computers are a regular part of life now, but I still think that it is important to remember how to do things the "old fashioned" way. You know, with paper and pencil.

The traditional paper and pencil still plays a major part in our life. I still cannot do things without these two, they are very handy. Yes, we must not forget them too.

It would be so difficult to live life nowadays without computer and internet. Why? it is because that most of my job depends on internet connection. We also do pay our bills online. And we talk to our parents online too. So to miss a day of internet is really a big thing. I would be just watching and reading if ever there would be no internet. Or I would be composing an article to post on my blog site, just in case there's no electricity or internet connection. I do live in a place way far from my folks. So the only thing possible for us to talk is via internet connection. And I would be missing a lot, if I don't talk to them. So I am thankful that we do enjoy such technology. Happy Mylotting.
