Blackberry time!!

Hi, whats your favourite dish using blackberries? They have just started to come into season now and Ive been gathering loads of them!!! So far Ive made blackberry and apple crumble with custard, yummm! and Ive gathered some today to make blackberry and apple jam. :) Was wondering what everyones favourite dish using blackberries is, and would you please share with us :)

Muffins is my favorite so far. They don't last long enough in this house to be baked in anything else. I gobble 'em all up so far nobody knows what happened to them xD

Blackberry cobbler is my favorite blackberry dish. My father in law will pick blackberries from the woods around their house and share them with us. Cobbler is really the only way I use them other than just eating them fresh.

I love blackberry cobbler w/ice cream on top. i also love blackberry jam. wish i could get my hands on some. They have had them at the farmer's market but they are very expensive. A pint of them were $4 & THAT'S NOT ENOUGH TO EVEN MAKE A COBBLER.

I am a girl of simple pleasures. I just put them in a bowl with a little sugar (how much depends on how ripe they are) and some heavy cream. I'm not a big fan of pies or pastries so just plain berries are great in my book.
