I used to when I was a kid but I don't anymore. No one in my household does. And my MIL said she doesn't believe in it seeing they've already got their funeral plans pre-paid for and they are not in debt so there are really no worries. I wouldn't mind having some again, but I don't need another bill. I have been trying to sign up with hubby's company sponsored one where we'd pay say a few dollars a week for enough to pay off our lil shack we call home. But I haven't been able to get the paperwork right or something never seems to work out. I suppose I'll have to check with his companies HR dept and see what the deal is on it or ??? As I really want to do this and the older we get the more the rates are ya know?!?

I used to have it, but it was just one more bill for me to struggle to pay. I do want to get it again someday soon though. I want my kids to have something if something were to happen to me while they are still young.

If I could afford it, I would have it. But at 55, most insurance is beyond my ability to pay, about $30-50 a month. I'd love to have something to leave my children but being on a fixed income, it's important to watch my pennies so I won't be a burden to them later.

I have a life insurance with two different companies. Life insurance is a must do thing and we all must have atleast a one life insurance of ourself. Life insurance benefits our family members after some mishappening with us and it is the only way we can protect their smart future even after our departure from this world. In my opinion everyone should get registered with a life insurance company.
