it started silly and turned a little gross

So I looking at my oldest and how tall she's getting and a silly poem popped into my head: Dearra Rose Dearra Rose You're getting too tall To see your toes. She informed me that was stupid which inspired me to do two more: Naomi S. Naomi S. When are you going to Get dressed? and Cary A. Cary A. What are you going to Do today. That's when it took a weird turn, when the nose got a widdle bit drippy and I went into the bathroom and came out with a Kleenex and said: Blowing my nose Is not what I chose But at least I didn't Get snot on my toes. And Dearra says, holding her foot in front of her face, "oh yeah Mom, people really blow their noses like this!" And I said, "only the very talented ones." And she said, "well I can't imagine their toes, all slimy and crusty. Yuck." And on that exciting thought, I went upstairs to type this up and get ready for work...

hi dawnald you have me doing the sillies in my head.' Roses are red violets are blue I have a zit How about you? or Roses are red' violets are blue I let out a fart Oh no it was you!! a pig is not green a pig is not blue'' a pig is white Just like you. This rather mean poem sent my son home in tears as he was anything but fat, but it turned out the brat that wrote it had his nose out of joint because my son refused to loan him my sons favorite' pen. we got that one all straightened out.

It doesn't say much at all really, just reaffirms your insanity even further. I just noticed that I'm number 2 behind you in this category! Where the hell is my trophy?

Takes a sip of her second coffee and it is 9.30 am. Yawns and thinks: Yep. You are definitely a morning person. when I finish this coffee and check my work load today then something may hit me like a sledgehammer in the head. Poems? So early. Isn't it Thursday? wants to go back to bed:

Hahaha (: Nice one. Whenever I try to rhyme I never seem to be able to get past the 'moon, june, soon' or the 'sky, die, fly' stage (:

My daughter's teacher's last name is Beduhn and for days I couldn't get past it rhyming with buffoon, poltroon and spittoon. Thank goodness I came up with maroon...

You seem to start everything with a laugh or a smile. I hope your kids carry on the tradition. It is a whole lot better than going to school grumpy (or work). Now I have to run off and get dressed and eat breakfast and pack a lunch. I have no one here to share a smile with, except the kitty cats. I just could not help coming to MyLot first, thanks for sharing a silly with me.

I was going through my day happened upon Dawn's way silly family moments she did share her girls just wouldn't dare At school they hide their mothers skill kids would laugh they know the drill snotted toes stuck through locker slots revenge the children plot But on the lot we giggle along knowing how we sing our own song of children, friends and all our quirks but then, that's MyLot's biggest perk
