When we get back from an overseas holidays, we always end up having traveler cheques we did not use. What do you do with them? Are they worth keeping or should we exchanged them back into local currency? As for me, I kept them hoping to use it another time. I am still stuck with them till this day. What about you?

It all depends on where you went on your Holiday, and which currency you bought the cheques in,and if you plan to go back to that place again...How long has it been since You came back home, cos that "til this day" makes it sound like a looooong time?!

Perhaps, maybe ten years or so. I checked with the bank and they told me this American Express checks are good for all times. They do not have an expiry date, so to say. Anyway, if I should go over the Causeway, I may just use some. Well, that is just a thought for now.

That's the good thing about TC's,they don't expire...but if You've had them as long as 10 Years, the cash might be more useful to you now than holding out for an opportunity to use them again!
