I love running

I am a girl 20 years old,I like eating many food,so I am little fat.But what can i do to stop became fater? The best answer is running.when i am running fast,i feel happy and relax.Also running is good to our healthy.

... the formula is simple ? a healthy diet + regular exercise. Running is a good form of exercise, it's an awesome whole body workout. Weight loss is more effective if you also the right kinds of foods.

but we start to lose weigth /fat burning/ after circa 30 minutes of running. So excercises have to be longer than 30 minutes.

I've gained 5 lbs since starting running. Yes running is great exercise but it also makes me HUNGRY!!!! The best way to lose weight is a combination of exercise and diet. It's very important to get diet under control if you want to lose weight. Though everywhere I read seems to agree that running is one of the top 3 calorie burners there is.

I've noticed running really seems to burn more calories than almost any other activity. I've actually managed to gain weight while running, since I've gained muscle. But now I've leveled off and it seems like I can eat a lot more and still maintain my weight.
