Being a male,I don't have much work in the kitchen. But I like to learn the basics of cooking and I am interested in making some simple dishes. One of my favorite thing is the Pooris made out of wheat dough.I like to amuse my kids with making pooris like duck,fish,boat,house,elephant,etc...Just a little bit of imagination and a knife is needed.Cheers!

My children's favorites are my recipes for chicken and pork adobo. Pancit canton, sauteed long strand of pasta to pork, shrimp and veggies. Also chicken macaroni salad in special occasions and some other native dish such as laing ( gabi leaves with coco cream).

I'm a man, but loves cooking. I'll cook almost everyday. Normally, my friends and family loves my spaghetti and Chinese-style mushroom soup. They'll ask for me to cook these meals every week.

I make good south Indian chicken which tastes exactly the same as how my grandmother makes it. And whenever i make it my husband makes it a point to refer about my granny. i think most of the south indian dishes i make are a hit here. Infact whatever i make when I am in a good mood turns out well.

I can cook just about anything. I love cooking. One recipe that gets eaten up pretty fast in my house is Flan. My family loves it so much, that I barely get some for myself. I think I'll make one today, and hopefully I'll get a piece.

I am a home maker with 2 grown ups who are still very fussy about the food I cook, then always when delicious dishes and are never ready to compromise for a single day ! So cooking has become my expertise since I have to keep these two naughty grown ups under control when it comes to food :D I cook almost every dish with perfection. But since I have to choose , I would say kheer from desserts section and Aloo posto and Masala khichadi :)

Everyone raves about my "pink" potato salad, which I adapted from a recipe of my mother's. It's made with celery, radishes, and cucumber, along with the traditional dill pickles, eggs, and onion. What makes it pink is the french dressing the potatoes are marinated in overnight. Another favorite, especially with my daughters, is bbq hot dogs on rice. I invented this recipe when my children were little and the money ran out before the week. I had to prepare a healthy meal for the kids with very few ingredients. I sauted slice hot dogs, onion, and green pepper in butter, then made a bbq sauce of tomato soup, Worchestershire sauce, brown sugar, and dry mustard. It's served over brown or white rice.

I think the dish that I prepare well would be tamagoyaki. It's a japanese dish consisting of four simple ingredients. Egg, soy sauce, sugar, and salt. It's easy to make and a lot of fun! It's delicious with mayo and vinegar with rice, also known as sushi rice. Also with japanese seaweed called nori. I also make a lot of onigiri, which are rice balls filled with crab sticks and umeboshi etc etc. Now a lot of people ask me to cook japanese dishes for them, especially since it's free!
