I was just reading an article about Christmas shopping, and I am thinking my where did the time go. It's September already. I have not started making any Christmas crafts for my family. I am hoping to make jewelry, probably crochet slippers, crochet hand warmer this year. I am going to take a break from making scarves. Have you guys started making any Christmas gifts?

I make things all year long. Most I donate to our Church Holiday Bazaar. But if they don't sell I take them back and give them as gifts. Now that I'm on a retirement income money isn't as plentiful, especially for gifts.

I wish my church had bazaar. I remember going to those before I moved.

Why not organize one for next year? I'll bet they'd appreciate your help.

I haven't started yet. My mind is kind of blank this year. It seems like I've made everything there is to make! Or at least everything my family and friends would appreciate. Knowing my luck, I'll get some great ideas about two weeks before Christmas. ;)

I know what you mean about the last two weeks. I have done that so many times.

I didn't make any over the summer which is unusual. I have tons of projects that I completed last year to get me through Christmas. I have more poinsetta coasters than I know what to do with..lol

I admire you for holding on to those projects. I wish I had done that.
