Well yesterday I bought grapes and some kiwi. Then when I got home about 7:00 pm and we were taking our food inside. While I was getting the children settle down I asked my hubby to put the freezer food away. When midnight came around I went to get the grapes and could not find them anywhere. Then my hubby went down to the store today to get some ice cream and he had put it away. So I then later on today got the ice cream out to do up some cones and guess what I found the grapes in the freezer. Now I am not sure what to do. Can the grapes be eaten after they were frozen? I know that you can eat bananas frozen but I am not sure if you can do the same with grapes let alone the kiwi. Any advice would be great before I tempt to eat them. Happy Mylotting

Frozen grapes are good if they stay frozen. They basically taste like little Popsicle's.

My kids love them that way. I am not sure what they would be like if you let them thaw, so be sure to keep them frozen till you eat them just in case.

Well I started eating them frozen and they taste really good that way. I just tried one in the thawing stage and they don't taste all that bad in fact they seem to be juicier that way. I think I might have my dad try the kiwi and then go from there. Happy Mylotting

Well that is good because I like grape flavor popsicles. So that will be nice that they are still eatable frozen. I started to think that I wasted money. I am glad that you told me about them tasting like popsicles frozen. Happy Mylotting

Yes you can eat grapes frozen. Frozen grapes are a great treat in the summer or when it is really hot out. I live in Florida. So, whn grapes go on sale I tend to buy a bunch up and freeze half of them or a later time. You should try one and see if yu like it. Plus grapes make a great addition to a drink or kool aid to keep them cold without wasting a bunch of ice.

Hello, I did in fact try one last night and they in fact did taste great. What I liked a lot about them is that when I ate one when it was in the thawing process that it had more juice to it compared what it would have without them being frozen. I think I am going to do this often now because they are good this way. I like your idea about using them for drinks instead of ice, That is a plus there. Happy Mylotting

LOL.... I already told him thanks for doing that. They do taste really good. What I did was took the frozen grapes and made fruit smoothies with them. They go great with banana's and I am sure there are other fruits that go great with the grapes. What I did was put the fruit in the blender with some milk (Not to Much) and a little bit of vanilla pudding. Then blend it together. I know sometime I am going to put some fruit in vanilla icecream and make a milkshake. That sounds so good right now. Happy Mylotting
