I just recently answer a telephone call by this law firm asking for our co-employee who haven't paid his bills yet. I'm so pissed off with there manners when talking to me as if they have the all the right to talk to me like that even i'm not the one concern they are angry why my co-employee is always out when they call our office. I said why do you care because that is the truth. He is out because that his job position at our office. They really ruin my day.

I can understand where are you coming from. You are not the one who have this unpaid bills, it was just your co-employee, and yet you are the one being harassed. I know that calling the client was part of their job but they should be very sensitive especially if the one they are talking to is not in any manner involve with it. What if you're also a possible client of that credit card company? I'm sure you'll be disappointed and won't anymore choose to apply for a credit card with them because of their employees actions. In fairness with the law firm, maybe they were just fed up also since as you have said your co-employee is always out whenever they are calling.

Fortunately I have paid my bills regularly but i'm afraid later I would be like this not able to pay the bills anymore. I know it's there job to push their client to pay them but they should be professional in dealing with the clients if they don't pay just file a case. Maybe they can't get any profit if the file a case so they just harass the clients which is very impolite.

Yeah, I agree. It seems he's hiding from them. He wouldn't be receiving calls if he's paying on time.

Yes, I agree. I'm afraid I won't be able to pay my bills on time the following months so I decided to restrict the use of my credit card.

How frustrating. They probably are like this so that you will pressure your coworker into paying them, or so that your coworker will be more embarrassed. It's not right. I think they are only allowed to politely call and ask for your coworker, and maybe leave a message.
