Do You Hold Your Breath When You Pass by People Smoking

It seems like everyday I come out of the train station, there is at least one person by the entrance smoking and blowing the smoke all over the place. I always hold my breath, look away and walk faster to get away from the smoke. I really hate smoke. I guess they smoke out there because they are not allowed to smoke in the stations or on the trains. But do they have to blow the smoke all over the place and not consider others who do not smoke? This is annoying. Does this annoy you too?
