We have reasonably negative effect on our society, mainly the effect on Teenage. They try to imitate what they saw in movie like Love,Action,Cheating, attraction towards fighting, shooting with guns.... In case of children, they try to imitate as Superman,Spider man... What is your analysis?

I don't think it is fair to blame the movies. I grew up in the 60's and you have to admit violence was big on shows back then...cartoons as well. None of us grew up to be violent people. We knew the difference between fiction and reality. Movies and shows may give a sick person some ideas and thoughts but I really can't believe that they would turn an otherwise mentally stable person into some insane maniac.

I don't know....I saw a lot of violence in movies and cartoons and tv shows back then. I think it was a different kind of violence maybe. I do know what you are trying to say because I do see a difference in the shows that we see these days as opposed to back then. I think that todays violence is more realistic.

When it comes to young children, I think I would have to agree because they tend to imitate everything. However, these kids should not be allowed to watch violent movies in the first place. When it comes to teenagers though, I believe that they have trends (negative and positive) that happen and find their ways into movies. So, in my opinion, the actions of teenagers tend to influence many of the movies targeted towards them.

Hi,that's true. Many bad incidences occurred in the society due to the negative [they says that those are action, thriller or some may announce that this story shooted based on the REAL STORY happened in so and so town...Any how parental control must be there up to teenage, later we should think as we are matured before seeing he movie.

it is important that parents or guardians are there while watching movies with that theme so that if there are things in the movie that the kids do not understand, they can explain those things to them.

Yes, i agree with you. Here in my country most men love action movies and most of these movies becomes blockbuster. This i think is a factor why there is a high crime rate in our country. Kidnappers and criminals imitate the characters in those movies. They copy the strategies in robbery, murder and other violence and apply it in real life. Not only in the movies, but also in televisions. What i have observed are, (i dont know in your country but here in ours) anime's are very popular on TV and majority of the children and teens are watching these at home. I wish these can be regulated because most of the time children imitates what they saw including offensive languages.

Hi,tripple, thank you for response and yes i saw in news and T.V's,there are few countries where crime rate is more.I think poverty also increase the crime rate.I hails from India and here also, wherever the development is there, crime rate, negative attitude of movies is less...but wherever the poverty is there,robbery,murders...are more they plan for murders,as just seen in movies. Have a nice time.
