Washing ClothesDetergentPowder?

Hello hazelrose yes...like you I prefer detergent powder rather than detergent bar because powder are easy to use. You just pour exact amount of detergent powder to the water and you can start cleaning your dirty clothes...while in detergent bar it is different....thanks....

hello hazelrose! i also use powder detergent soap when i am washing our clothes...its more convenient for me and i'm used to it already... what i do is just soak our clothes for bout 30 minutes before washing them...that way, its easier for me and i finish it faster... i am not really fond of using bar soaps coz it hurts my hands...and ialways get wounds from using it... good day!

We prefer to use detergent powder to wash our dresses . It is easy to use and remove the dirt fast. We will mix the detergent powder in water and soak the cloths minimum two hours before washing it. Then either we wisll hand wash or machine wash. Here we will get differnet type of detergent powders. Some are very hard and the use of the same will reduce the life of the cloth. After three or four washing with the kind of powder, the dress will fade. So we will always branded soft detergent powder like "Surf ExCel" Some kitchen cloths and all we will wash with the detergent cakes .

I use liquid laundry detergent. I used to only use powder but sometimes the powder would not was off and stay on my clothes and then I would have to wash the powder out. I need my clothes to get washed quickly and right the first time so I pretty much only use liquid detergent now. My laundry always smells nice with the liquid as well.

I don't use either. LOL. For the things I don't get dry cleaned, I will wash only with laundry detergent - the liquid kind. I didn't even know they made powder or bar kinds. So..That's why I use it. Most people (in the US) seem to use this. Do you have liquid laundry detergent where you live?
