I love dogs. I just think they are the sweetest creatures on earth. Sure there are the occasional bad ones but most are sweet and good. Do you love dogs like I do?

Yes I am a massive fan of dogs too as they are such wonderful and loving animals. I think of all the animals that it is practical to keep as a pet, that dogs are the most loyal and giving of them all. I don't have a pet dog at the moment but when I know I have enough time to look after one I would definitely want to buy one.

We will be getting one very soon. We lost our dog 2 years ago and I couldn't bring myself to get another one because I was still in such pain. I will always love and miss her. But it is time to give some love to a new puppy. I am not looking forward to the whole potty training part, or the chewing that a puppy does, but I know once you get past that first year or so a blessing of a dog will emerge.

Hi ladym33, I am so sorry to hear about you losing your dog. I can imagine that it must have been an awful experience. I hope your new puppy brings you lots of joy.

I love dogs I think they are the best animal that a person can have. They learn if you have the patience to teach them. We got our Samson when he was just 6 weeks old because his mother wouldn't feed him and he was going they were going to let him die. We had just lost our Bear after 9 years and we were just torn up. So Samson was the one we needed as bad as he needed us. He is almost 2 years old now and what a God send Samson has turned out to be he is my avatar. He is the baby and he knows how special he is too.

Bless him. It sounds like he was just what you needed. We got our dog at 6 weeks old too. I had to cuddle her to sleep every night.

Sam is our baby and will always be our baby. When we go anywhere Sam is with us he is like a real baby you have to keep his mind on what he is doing. You should see him when we have ice cream. He sits at our feet and wags his tail and waits he knows we will save him some. That is our baby.

I must love dogs , I have a whole whole lot of them running around here. We have 3 chihuahuas in the house , plus a few out side . I have 2 cow dogs, a bird dog and a cocker/beagle cross who just had puppies.Would you like one of them she had 6 . We usually end up the owners of dumped dogs and can't stand to see one starved. I don't believe there is any breed that is a bad breed , just usually the way they are handled in their lives . We also have numerous cats , 2 Cockatiels , and a Chinchilla. We are very big on pets.

Penny & Poppy - My girls. We lost Penny in May this year due to illness and I miss her so much. She is the cream one in the pic. Poppy is grey and white.
Oh yes, I am a dog lover ladym, I love them, they are my favorite animal! We have always had dogs, I think they are the best pets. Of course, over the years we have lost a few, but we have never forgotten any of them. Up until last May we had two - Penny (a Lhasa Apso) and Poppy (a Shih-tzu), but we lost our beloved Penny due to illness, and I am still not over it. She was 12, and the sweetest, gentlest dog I have ever known, although she could be a madam when she wanted! These are my girls.

I do love dogs. Recently, I have realized that dogs are amazing creatures! I have even started talking to my husband about opening a kennel for dogs. We are thinking about buying some land on the outskirts of town and turning it into a dog kennel. I think dogs are amazing and sweet. It would be a fun way to spend our days.

That would be nice. I love dog sitting. I often thought if we ever needed an extra income we could do that, be home dog sitters.

I like dogs, but I don't think I would be as same as you do. because i feel afraid of most dogs I saw. although I know they are not dangerous to me, but by nature I still feel scared when they are near to me. I said I like dogs I mean I just like my own dog, also I just like to see them in distance, such as on TV or films. one day I came to a pub with my husband. There was a big dog staying in the hall, my husband touched it, and the dog moved forward to us. I was very afraid then later I had a nightmare.

It is always best to ask the owner if the dog is friendly before attempting to pet it. I was attacked by a large German Shephard when I was 14 years old. It was terifying, and there are dogs that are not good because they were not raised well or were raised as guard dogs. Most dogs are very sweet though.

I love dogs.I love big dogs.I even like local versions of dogs found in my country(asong Pinoy).dogs are sweet, loving, and loyal creatures.sometimes they are sweeter than humans.I read that when a stray is adopted,it is much more sweeter than a dog bought in a pet shop.strays are grateful for a chance to live with a family again.
