Hello, Huangdang, I think I do not have a good quality sleeping either, as I have more than seven hours sleeping at night, but I still feel quite tired. Anyway, I rarely dream, or I may have but do not remember it. It's said everyone dream at night, but we might forget it when we get up. Do you do something too excited at daytime or before you go to bed? I guess that maybe one of the reason that caused you dreaming.

i know that i dream sometimes. but when i wake up, i can't remember my dreams and i don't feel tired. so i don't think that dreaming is a problem.

I always dream every night. It's just that, sometimes when I wake I already forgot what my dream is. But then I knew I dream of something.

Is dreaming equated to poor sleep? I thought that only in deep sleep will you be able to dream. I don't dream that often, I always assumed that it's because I am a light sleeper. I think my mind is too tired to even dream at night when I am sleeping, hehe

Regarding that I think I am pretty much lucky. I dream very rarely, you can say twice or thrice in the whole year. But, If I sleep in the afternoon or daytime, i used to have dreadful dreams. So, I avoid sleeping during daytime. For night sleep, it's okay no dreams at all. I don't know how. I would suggest to relax your mind first before going to sleep. Try meditation, it will help you relax.

I have a poor sleeping habit. I usually sleep early dawn even if i go to bed early. We dream every night but few of us can remember are dreams. I'm aware that i am dreaming but when i wake up i always forget what my dreams are. Good dreams are hard to remember but nightmares? huh!
