If you were told that you could earn 'a lot of money', you may have been misled. You earn by participating in discussions and there is no set amount per post: it depends on the quality of your responses and comments and discussions. The Guidelines should tell you most of what you need to know about the kind of discussion to avoid and the FAQs have some tips on how to improve your earnings. The other main way of earning is to look at the Tasks section and to choose tasks that you think you can do. Most of them do require a reasonable command of English but if you can write good English, then some of them pay around $2 for about 500 words. Your earnings are updated every 24 hours with a 24 hour delay (so that Monday's earnings will be posted on Tuesday or Wednesday). Well myLot, is not famous for making a lot of money! For me it is a site where there are a lot of discussions to get involved in! You could possibly make a lot of money on here if you stayed and answered discussions about 24/7 days a week for a long time! I believe you were sadly misled! I do enjoy being on here and posting and reading, and answering discussions, and meeting and communicating with friends on here, but the money is the least interest as far as I am concerned !
